Welcome to Central Elementary School—
where we partner together in education to empower every child to thrive!
At Central, education is a shared journey, and we are honored to walk alongside our students, families, and community each day. As a proud Dual Language-Spanish Immersion School, we celebrate the richness of our diverse population and are committed to nurturing bilingualism, biliteracy, and cross-cultural understanding for all learners.
Our mission is to support and challenge every student. We provide targeted support through Special Education and Intervention Services, ensuring that each child receives what they need to succeed. At the same time, we elevate learning through our Accelerated Curriculum and Technology (ACT) program, offering enrichment and extension opportunities for advanced learners.
Beyond academics, our students engage in a well-rounded educational experience that includes Art, Music, Physical Education, Library, and Technology. These subjects enhance creativity, critical thinking, and physical well-being—key ingredients for lifelong learning.
We are proud to be a Leader in Me Lighthouse School, where leadership is nurtured in every student and every classroom. Through this whole-school framework, students learn to lead themselves, collaborate with others, and make positive contributions to their communities.
We also deeply value and welcome parent involvement. Whether volunteering, attending events, or serving on school teams, families are essential to our success. Together, we create a strong, supportive community where all children are at promise—and at possibility.
Thank you for being a part of our Central Elementary family. We look forward to a year full of learning, leadership, and joy!
